Orders placed before 3:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) on business days (MondayβFriday, excluding federal holidays) are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM ET or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package directly on the carrier's website (UPS, FedEx, or USPS). You can also contact us at (800) 420-6475 or support@msdevices.com for tracking assistance.
We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. At this time, we do not ship to US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.) or internationally.
We do not ship to freight forwarding addresses.
Some large or heavy printers (typically wide-format or commercial models) may require special freight handling. These orders may take 1β2 additional business days to process. You will be notified by email if your order qualifies as a large item shipment.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, MS Devices is not responsible for the cost of reshipping. Contact us immediately at (800) 420-6475 if you notice an address error after placing your order β we'll do our best to intercept the shipment.
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us within 10 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement or issue a full refund.
During peak shopping seasons (Thanksgiving through New Year's), carrier delays may occur. We recommend ordering early and selecting Express or Overnight shipping for time-sensitive deliveries. We will post holiday cutoff dates on our homepage when applicable.
